"I had a very good experience here. I was very lucky with my old Collie Ellie in June 2015. I have never had a dog groomed before and I just picked the first one in Chichester area and they had an appointment that afternoon, so I went for it. I have to say that Trish did Ellie herself. It wasn't pretty, as Ellie hates being even brushed and she was leaping around, snarling and snapping and trying to bite (still got a lot of fight in her for a 15 year old!). But this girl was amazing; calm, professional, and so very reassuring that she did relax a lot. We had to clip her in the end because she had got very matted in places (my fault for not being able to face the sweat and biting struggle) and she came out lovely. I stayed there the whole time, but I don't think they would have treated her any differently if I hadn't. She was just so very good with her. I'm thinking of going back soon, especially as the silly dog (now almost 16) wouldn't come in tonight when it was chucking down with rain and night before last, wee'd all over the kitchen and then slept in it, yuk."
